Sheesh,
I guess you can fish the cable under the tank but it only takes about
30 seconds with a ratchet to pop the two screws out and slip the strap
underneath. Much quicker and less frustrating than trying to route the
strap correctly with the tank in situ.
Maybe I'm just not very dexterous :)

I place my strap through the two holes at the rear of the tank so no need
to undo the two screws.
