[ST] Thermo-Siphon

The way it was explained to me by the Cat mechanic for my D343 was
convection.  By adding the block heater it keeps the thermostat open since
it's above 125 degrees.  The hot water rises and is replaced by cold water
which forces the water to circulate.  I'm not sure how long this would
continue if the heater was unplugged.
