Re: [ST] Throttle locks and Double Bubble windscreen

I have a Throttlemiester, with which I have been very pleased. You can find them on the web. The kit comes with two new bar end weights. The right side has a threaded insert which, when you turn it as if rolling on the throttle, creates enough friction against the throttle sleeve to hold the throttle in place. Turning it as if rolling off the throttle, releases the pressure and allows the throttle to work normally. It does not maintain a constant speed, but does maintain a constant throttle position. It to keeps one from having to hold so much pressure to keep the throttle in position. It is very good at releaving hand strain. The left side bar end weight is replaced only so both end weights match. They go for about $100. Money well spent in my opinion.
