Jonathan,
That doesn't sound too good. Around town and for commute riding
(usually about 43 MPG), my RS consistantly turns on the yellow light
around 190 - 200 miles, which means it would be empty around 230 or
so. On the highway, when I'm getting nearer 50 MPG, it goes quite a bit
farther.
Do you smell any gas near the bike? Is it possible you have a leak? I
think I'd get it checked asap if I were you. 80 to 90 miles per tank
indicates an MPG of something less 20.
