it's a manufacturer's warranty.  i believe any dealer _should_ cover
it.  obviously your selling dealer will be more knowledgeable about
your coverage, and will be more amenable.  which is to say -- another
dealer may be more picky about paperwork, etc, but since they're
reimbursed for the work by triumph, they should do it.  (and if they
didn't, and you complained, i'd hope they'd hear about it.)
