Keith,

I would say, yes, that probably IS a record. After riding Harleys for many
years I was surprised at the numbers of "old timers" (some no older than I)
that came up to me at EVERY stop. Most had stories of their old Bonnie, of
Tiger or somesuch... VERY enjoyable conversations ensued. I have always
enjoyed engaging in conversations with the locals, one of the benefits of
traveling the back-back roads. But then I have often been accused of being
"just too damn friendly" (mainly by ex-girlfriends)
I will say, however, that if every person that told me of their old Triumph
actually owned one, Triumph should have never gone out of business! ;-)
