[ST] clutch span reduction kit

anyone notice that triumph is now selling an optional clutch span
reduction kit?  from picture in the accessory catalog, it looks like
a new lever, a new actuator arm at the lower end, and a new clutch
cover gasket.  i wonder how different it is...
