Hi Patti,

Do you have the Triumph alarm fitted?
If not there should be a terminating connector that attaches to the wiring
loom in place of the alarm.
The bike will not run without this in place. Perhaps it is not making a good
connection. It lives just behind the rear light assembly.

Just a thought.
