I had the same problem with mine. I am getting mine replaced under
warranty, I just need to find a time to take it in. It was discovered just
a few weeks before the warranty expired fortunately. Paul I would try and
get it covered under warranty since it sounds like it might have been
another one of the teething problems Triumph experienced with this new
model. It's not a real obvious problem and I barely noticed the difference
in sound while riding. The mechanic noticed it while he was doing the 12k
tune-up.
