[ST] Speeding in Colorado

I have plans to attend the Western Rally in Colorado next month and was
discussing this with a couple of coworkers who moved here(South Dakota) from 
Colorado and they both told me that if you get caught speeding 20 miles per 
hour over the speed limit that you automatically get thrown in jail.

Is this true?  I'm having a hard time believing them.
Not that it matters, since I don't plan on speeding :)
