[ST] get Dave Despain to the rallye(s)?

	Here's an idea: let's try to get Dave Despain to one or both of the
TSRA rallyes! Anyone else with Speedvision noticed he rides a blue ST? If I get
the time I may poke around the Speedvision website and see if there's a way to
contact him. If we start now, maybe we'll be able to squeeze it into his busy
schedule, at least the August rallye, anyway.
