[ST] Changing front tire

	The only thing I'd add to Paul's instructions is not necessary but sure
make it easier.
	Remove the four small screws securing the front of the front fender.
It's easily to take on and off and sure makes removing the front easier
since you don't have to lift the front so much to remove the wheel and
helps on install also.
