Hi, I have the Two Brothers Oval can on my 2000 St.  Two Brothers offers an
intermediate "S" pipe that allows the can to pivot down to accomodate the
panniers.  I actually have the high pipe and all I do is change the middle
"S" section to pivot it down. Here's a pic.
