I have heard and seen more people complain of poor service , no parts,
and mechanics who don't know Triumph bikes than you can imagine. It
seems that a there is a real problem and its only getting worse. I have
a good friend who has had minor parts on order for 10 weeks, that's
unacceptable. I have a '00 RS and have been very pleased so far
(4000miles) but am getting more concerned as time and miles go by. Jerry
