Re: [ST] Overbanding.

Actually I believe Overbanding is the same thing also refered to as roadsnakes.  Where a crack has formed in the asphalt and the Highway department pours tar into the crack.  Thus creating a 3-4 mm raised tar line which when wet gets really slick.
