[ST] what breaks in a tipover?

because my wife rides an SV650, i'm also on the SV mailing list. over
there, it's become really obvious that when an SV tips over, there's
a very high likelihood of the shift lever, or one of the two hand levers,
breaking off. (the rear brake lever doesn't seem as common, but maybe
people tend to fall to the left more often. :-) the hand levers aren't
real surprising, but the shift lever is. (apparently the tip snaps off
readily.) so before this summer's trip, i'm planning on ordering a spare
to take along.

so my question: what tends to break when an RS or ST falls over? (besides
the fairing, of course. :-) anything that you'd take along rather than
be stranded without it? (bear in mind i'm still waiting for my replacement
warranteed RS clutch cable from my dealer.)
