I've put the panniers on a few times and it takes about an hour or so to do
everything, ie. brakets, turn signal, all that stuff. I don't know if that
is a long time or not but it is really pretty easy to do. I chose to leave
my panniers and brackets off until needed just because the bike look a lot
better without them on. I hate hiding those wheels.
