[ST] Sports Throw-over Panniers

Anyone have a set of 'Sports Throw-over Panniers' installed on their ST?

If so, do you recommend them?  How quick do they come on/off?

I'm thinking of purchasing the 'sports' ones before the hard panniers, since 
they are so much more easier on the wallet.
