[ST] Black ST in Montclair

Last night, after I picked up my wife from work, at about 10:20, I was 
driving up Church St. in Montclair, NJ. Suddenly I heard a sound that I 
recognized all too well. There was a black ST across from the South Park 
Bar that started up as I passed.
