Thanks Cameron - I was under the impression (from several dealers and a post
or two on this list) that the pannier installation is not that simple, and
therefore not to be attempted oneself...  Which kinda led me to believe that
removing and replacing the pannier brackets wasn't a good idea... OR, and
this is where I might well be confused... - can you have the pipe in the
high position with the brackets on??
