Yeah, it's a Carbon Works rear hugger.  Bought it from Competition 
Accessories last summer (www.competitionaccessories.com).  You might have to 
call them for they often don't post everything on the website. 

It's a hugger only, unlike the Triumph model that includes the chain guard.  
It mounts to the frame with the two existing screw holes right in front of 
the tire, plus some M3 adhesive tape to keep it secure.  Does a nice job 
keeping the frame and shock free of serious road grime.  If I could do 
anything different, and probably still will, I would replace the painted 
steel hardware with some stainless or aluminum for the original hardware is 
showing signs of rust.
