Most dealerships and motorcycle accessory stores will have them.  Look for 
Gel Grips as well.  I use both and I can hardly feel any vibration at 
all.  As a matter of fact, the ST is the smoothest bike I've ever 
ridden.  I haven't ridden a Goldwing or anything however.

You might consider a throttle lock as well if you don't already have one, 
as you can use it to take your hand off the grip and shake your hand out 
while riding down the road.
