[ST] UPDATE on my Troy Blood idea

SORRY FOLKS, forget the previous message about my idea to raise funds 
using PayPal....

They changed the way the program works from the last time they had it, 
now to get the $5 you must deposit $100 into your account.  FORGET IT, I 
missed that part of the fine print the first time I read it.

Still, it was a good idea at first....
