 Try this I have one and love it. I live in the Pacific Northwest and it
gets quite cold up here. It is called the Shellaclava, the link is
below. I would be very careful replacing a larger amperage fuse for a
smaller one. It would be a drag to fry your harness. You could find out
what size of wire is in the harness, and then call an electrical repair
shop and they should be able to tell you if the wiring can handle the
amperage. My guess is that the wire is rated at 10 Amps if that is what
size fuse it has. Just remember that extended use at higher than rated
Amps will create allot of heat, which might just fry the wire over time.
