This probably won't work for you but it's worth a try. I just sold my Indian
Scout to buy an ST. When my Scout rear tire gave up at 6300 miles I went
down to my local Indian dealer (San Jose Indian) and told them I wanted to
buy a stock OEM rear tire. Well it seems a lot of new Indian owners want
bigger, fatter rear tires on their new scoots so the dealer has been
mounting up bigger tires for them before they leave the dealership. He had a
stack of OEM tires in the back and said just take one. That is one of the
things I will miss about my Indian, a great dealership. They have invited me
to ride with them when I get my ST, but I don't think I want to have to wait
on them to catch up all the time.
