[ST] Shifter shaft seal leakage

I remember this being a subject of discussion some time ago, but I cannot
remember how this was eventually fixed. My shifter shaft seems to be leaking
and I'd like to make it stop.

In other news: check those centerstand bolts carefully. Last week, when
checking the oil, I discovered that one of mine had loosened up, pounded the
mounting hole into a new and different shape and then fell out. I discovered
this while the bike was *on* the centerstand, of course, which kinda made my
heart stop for a moment. A new bolt and nut ought to do it though: here's
hoping the newly enlarged mounting hole won't be too much of a problem.
