But since Mike lives in the UK, contacting Jerry at TOA will do him no good.
But I agree, try Triumph again and if you have the same trouble ask to speak
with the supervisor.  Until you get to John Bloor, somebody always has a
boss you can speak too.  

And for Stu, if he didn't like the chain, buy a new one?  Sure, but first
wouldn't you want to know which brand chain you have so you don't buy
another of the same.  And if Triumph did change vendors he would need to
know when and what they were using when his bike was built.  Sounds like a
perfectly acceptable request to me.
