[ST] Stress Marks

I just uploaded a picture of stress marks that I recently discovered in the
powder coat on the front side of the left fork tube.

I am aware that this topic has been discussed before.  At that time, I
checked my bike and did not see these marks so I didn't worry about it.
Either I didn't look carefully enough (doubtful) or these marks have
appeared since then.  So now I'm a bit worried.  Other than the obvious
cosmetic issue, did we ever get a concensus on what, if anything, can or
should be done about this?
