As I said, the motorcycle is a -01, has run about 2500km. I feel that the
gearbox is a bit hard. Sometimes, especially when the motor is cold, it is
very difficult to shift gear. Have anybody else experienced this?

Hi Tommy, the easiest way to make the hard shifting to go away is "No lazy
shifting", Shift right after you pull in the clutch lever, almost like you
pull and shift at the same time, no need to high rev the engine for me.
