[ST] Two Brothers C5 pipe and panniers
>> Armed with this info I called Two Brothers to place my order only to be
told that they
had no clue about what straight pipe section was required. <<
It's been my experience that the usual response from Two Brothers is that
they don't have a clue. Sometimes they just don't admit it.
I bought a set of their risers for my T595 (now have RS) and one cracked
under normal use at the base. Fortunately I caught it during my biannual
cleaning of the bike before it fractured totally. I called them and even
'though the purchase was less than three months old, they wouldn't replace
it, nor would they sell me just one. It finally occurred to me that I should
check the other one and sure enough, it had started to crack, too. I called
Two Brothers again (to warn them) and they still wouldn't replace and,
frankly, didn't seem to care at all. I offered to send them hi-res jpegs of
the cracks and they said no thanks. I finally just packaged them up and
FedExed them. Never heard a peep. I would never, ever, buy anything from
them. My take was confirmed by **** at Orange County Triumph.
Two Brothers may have occasionally good products, but with no support and
a lousy attitude.
Note: rant end
