[ST] First trip

Well, my girlfriend and I are planning our first longer trip this coming
week.  Planning on riding from Iowa to Minneapolis, MN on the ST.  Just
wondering if anyone has any packing and travel suggestions.  It will be
about a 4 hour round trip one-way.  Planning on stopping at Cabella's and
then the Mall of America.
