Jeff,

A few questions on your V1.

Where did you mount it?

It looks a little larger than your average detector.  Did this cause any 
problems.

How loud is it?  Can you hear it without using an earphone?

How is it as far as false alarms go?


I have been thinking of getting a detector and I know the V1 is suppose to 
be the best but the size has put me off as much as the cost.
