Eric,

These are the things I use all the time, on every trip, long or short.

Lip Balm, Ibupropen, Skin Lotion, Visene-Long Lasting,  Halls Honey-Lemon 
Drops.  Hydration System like a Camelbak.  "Wee Willy" Face-shield cleaner 
system (in the Aerostich Catalog).
