RE: [ST] Valentine One and Virginia

The guy who sits next to me here at work (in VA) runs
a Valentine in his Corvette, and he says it "hides"
from detector detectors.  In fact, he says it has been
found to be undetectable in tests.

Also, I have heard there is a fine ($40?) if you're
caught with a radar detector, but no points are
assessed.
