I think that is the whole point...perhaps the US shouldn't have given them
arms/money...or the Iraqis...or the Iranians...or the Israelites...or the
Saudis...I am sure I am missing someone.  This of course does not condone
terrorism...but maybe a reason why so many Senators are rethinking there
military aid policy.
