RE: [ST] VFR and FUTURA

If it was not for the hard bags I would probably be riding a ZX11, Eye'a'busa
or BlackBird. Depending on the new ZX12, if the hard bags will accomodate a
helmet, and I can get a decent top box for it. The ZX12 will be a front
runner for a 30,000 miles ST in about 2 years.

I swear my ST is cursed, last night I got rear-ended by 4 little drunk
chickies in an accord. Luckily I did not drop it, but they did manage to
dislodge one of the paniers. But it would appear no permanate damage
excepts for some scuffs on the inside part.

In 6 months

- - 1 no speed down on grass (no ill effects, except for pride)
- - 1 no speed down on gravel (ouch)
- - 1 moderate speed pavement surf
- - 1 rear ending (left standing)
- - 1 serious screwed up panier/top box order
- - 1 damn close to high side due to gravel in a courner

Knocking on wood nothing else will happen.

Back to the luggage, considering 4 out of 5 days I use the bike for
commute duty, luggage is an absolute requirement for me personally.
