[ST] Helmet

Hello everyone,

After having bought my new ST and having put 1,500 miles on it (Whoo-hooo, no 
more break in), I want to upgrade my old Bieffe helmet.

I have looked at the Shoei RF-800 and RF-900.  I don't want to spend $400 on 
a helmet, but I do  want one which is safe and quiet.  Please let me  know 
what you are using, happy thoughts and or gripes.
