RE: [ST] Horn Relay

I found a wiring kit at Kragens that was meant for fog lights but it
included the necessary relay. The relay is rated at 30 amps, and the kit
included the inline 15 amp fuse and some wiring which I also used so it
worked out pretty well. Got it all installed yesterday, I'll have some pics
shortly.
