I have a pair of Widders, not sure if they are System II or not. I don't
see anything on the vest that says what style they are. I have no
complaints about them at all. They heat up nicely and the soft collar
covers your neck and keeps it toasty as well. I just have the on/off
control but they do sell an optional thermostat.

For a long time I resisted getting any electric clothing because it seemed
like a wimpy thing to do, especially here in California. But now that I'm
older, the back really appreciates being kept warm and I find it
indispensible for taking the chill out of those early morning rides. Pair
it with the heated grips and and temps down to the forties are pretty
tolerable. (I don't have a lot of natural insulation, so YMMV)
