[ST] Lowering ST and that punter's wierd CSS write-up

Regarding the question posted nearly two weeks ago on lowering the ST.  The
subject came up during my recent travails, and according to a fairly
reliable source (Triumph dealer referencing a ToA tech honcho), the
previously mentioned flipping of the eccentric chain adjuster COMBINED WITH
dropping the nose (sliding the fork tubes up a bit) does the trick in
marvelous fashion.  Apparently, we're talking INCHES here folks, not mere
centimeters.  A lowering had already been done on one of the customer's
bikes, and the dealer lady was simply waiting for the final feedback before
she did it to an ST of her very own.

And a sincere kudos, 'dude, far out', 'jolly good show' and "that's the
dog's bollocks" to the Premier Punter, Mr. Haylock for his CSS write-up.
