RE: [ST] Clutch lever URL correction



Looks like someone either added to or removed some material to the clutch
arm.  Either it reduces pressure and causes more lever travel or just the
opposite.

What are we seeing there?  Looks like a couple of bolts have been added to
the lever at the clutch end of the clutch cable, why and to what effect?
