Only impossible for those people who have problems multi-tasking (i.e.
walking & chewing gum). Unfortunately that seems to be the minority.
If one can't tune a radio without taking their eyes and focus off the
immediate task at hand (driving), then not only should they not have a cell
phone but they shouldn't even be driving without professional training.
