[ST] handle bars

apologies to anyone chasing a higher bar for the st.
I spoke to the dealer today who re read the info, it's not a set of bars
atall but a riser kit made by an ausie mob called Australian motorcycle
components.
The kit raises the bar by 32mm, the cost is $285 without brake line 2000
/2002 model & $359 with brake line, pre 2000 model.
Sounds bloody expensive to me.
