remember, I am talking about US politics, you now know why I am so confused.

Yes, the democrate have the socialist point of view, but have a definate "Seperation
of church and state", where the republicans are very much capitilistic, reduce
governement (as long as they don't loose their jobs) allow people to help themselves (ie. less
UI, welfare, etc.) but yet we should all be good god fearing folks and Bush is getting
in relegsous and family values where he can.

I just don't get it. 

Enrico, your right, if the US made sence, the democrates would be the socialists AND
be good god fearing folk, where the republicans should be capitilistic pegans.

But sadly, as I am not the king, I am just trying to figure out what happened.
