Perhaps you can throw on to that list:

Riders who tailgate cages in the hopes they'll go faster, like the numbnut 
this morning who was trailing less than a bike length behind the car in 
front of him at 60mph this morning.

You can rag on the cell phone chatters all you like, but there are lots of 
other things riders do that are equally if not more stupid.
