[ST] Front fender extension installation

Dave & All:
:
	Line up fender extension on stock fender.
	Mark fender and drill holes.
	Use pop rivet gub to attach fender extension.

	Others have used double sided foam tape, epoxy, and other forms of adhesive due to the fact they don't own a drill, or can't borrow/buy a pop rivet tool, and/or have no tool skills.
	I have had the fender extention on my bike since new. Two years plus, no problems with the plastic pop rivets.
