[ST] Canyon Dancer & Tank Bag

I agree with Tom and the others regarding the Canyon Dancer. I used it once
and it screwed up my grips so much that my Throttlemeister would no longer
work properly. After using it, I am concerned that further use as the sole
method of securing my bike might damage my heated grips. I now use regular
tie downs and secure them to the lower fork support, triple clamp, whatever
it's called. I still use the Canyon Dancer as a back up (mainly because I
already spent the money on it) only after I have secured the bike with the
other tie downs first.

As for the Triumph Tank Bag, I love mine. I have used it for over a year
and have put it through the paces (including an accident). It expands well,
the rain cover works as advertised and is waterproof and the mounting system
with the velcro on the bottom really comes in handy when you ride off
without securing the plastic connecting clips. The reflective material in
the bag and on the emblems really works well. Not to say that there aren't
other really good tank bags, but the Triumph bag has pretty much every
feature you need, some you don't, and a few you won't ever use, (like those
little pouches with the cargo net on the sides of the bag, what the hell
fits in there?)
BTW, I don't what part number it is, the dealer just gave me the familiar
"this is the bag designed for the ST" speech when I bought it.
