[ST] 2001 California Bike

Hi everyone!  I'm looking to buy my first Sprint ST and I found a hell of a
deal on a 2001 from California.  My question is does Triumph have a
"California" bike with all the extra emissions junk and the governor in the
throttle body like some other bikes do?  And, if they do, does anyone know
what parts need to be replaced to make it a "Connecticut" bike?
The hell with the ozone, give me the midrange power I need to pass these
yuppies!
