Val,
Last year I bought an Arai Signet and wore it for a bout 3 days and exchanged
it for the Quantum/F. The Quantum F is wonderful, lighter with good ventilation
but the noise was a bit of a shock. I switched back to the stock wind screen on
the RS and that improved it a little and now I've been wearing the "extreme"
Hearo ear plugs...
I found both the Shoei and Quantum/F to be comfortable. Now that Signet was
painful! I bought them at Cycle Gear in San Francisco they have a 30-day
exchange/return policy. I'm glad I was able to get the right fit.
