Scott,

The buzzing comes the fuel pressure regulator in the rt. side of
the tank.  Mine has done it from new at lower temps, say below
45 - 50deg F (7 - 10C).  Some have reported that rotating the
regulator a bit will quiet it down.  I don't worry about it.
